로고스프로퍼티, 매뉴라이프 인베스트먼트 매니지먼트와 합작투자 설립하고 2,600억원 상당 수도권 물류센터 선매입
로고스프로퍼티(LOGOS)와 매뉴라이프 아시아(Manulife Asia)의 글로벌 자산운용 부문인 매뉴라이프 인베스트먼트 매니지먼트(Manulife Investment Management)는 로고스 한국 코어 합작투자(LOGOS Korea Core Venture)를 설립하고 첫번째 투자로 로고스 시흥 물류센터를 매입한다고 22일 발표했다. 로고스 한국 코어 합작투자는 수도권 물류 창고인 로고스 시흥 물류센터를 약 2,600억원 (미화 2억 달러 상당)에 선매입했다. 이로써, 로고스프로퍼티는 매뉴라이프와 두 번째 파트너십을 맺게 되었으며, 이번 인수는 현대적 고품질 물류 시설에 대한 한국에서의 높은 수요를 지원하게 될 중요한 투자다.

LOGOS acquires site in premium South-Sydney precinct to develop training centre for Qantas and CAE

LOGOS Completes its $330 million Marsden Park Logistics Estate with a ⁓27,000sqm Facility for H&M
LOGOS is pleased to welcome H&M and COS to its Marsden Park Logistics Estate in western Sydney, having completed a 27,336sqm purpose-built facility for the global fashion retailer in April 2021.
