LOGOS and Mahindra Logistics developing 1.4million sf of Multi-Client BTS Warehouses in Delhi-NCR in India’s Largest Warehousing Lease
Mahindra Logistics (MLL), one of India’s largest Third-Party Logistics (3PL) solution providers and LOGOS, a leading Asia Pacific logistics specialist, have announced a long-term lease agreement for 1.4 million square feet (mmsf) of warehouse facilities at the LOGOS Luhari Logistics Estate in Delhi-NCR. The transaction represents India’s largest warehousing facility in a single park.

LOGOS Consortium acquires 14ha Qantas site in Mascot for $802 million
Leading Asia-Pacific logistics specialist, LOGOS, backed by the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority via the LOGOS Australia Logistics Venture (“LALV”), together with its partner, AustralianSuper (together, “the Consortium”), have entered into binding arrangements to acquire a 100% freehold interest in a significant parcel of land from Qantas Airways Limited near Sydney Airport for $802 million.

LOGOS expands its Singapore Portfolio with the Acquisition of 28 Quality Road, Singapore
LOGOS is pleased to announce the completion of a sale and purchase agreement with Pteris Global Limited (PGL) for an existing three-storey, 22,500sqm industrial property at 28 Quality Road, Singapore. The acquisition includes a partial lease back to PGL, with Iron Mountain Singapore leasing the remaining space. LOGOS intends to add value to the property through future redevelopment of the site, subject to relevant planning approvals.

LOGOS and Pure Data Centres partner to develop 20 megawatt hyperscale data centre in Jakarta
