LOGOS Acquires a Strategic 46,240sqm Logistics Estate in Epping, Melbourne

LOGOS is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to acquire a strategic logistics estate in Epping, one of Melbourne’s prime northern industrial suburbs, via an off-market deal. The estate, which is currently under development by Time & Place and due for completion in Q2 2021, will comprise three logistics facilities with a total GLA of 46,240sqm.

LOGOS and TCorp Acquire Two Sigma Distribution Centres in Kemps Creek, NSW and Berrinba, QLD

LOGOS and TCorp are pleased to announce they have acquired two high quality distribution centres from Sigma Healthcare Limited (Sigma) in Kemps Creek, NSW and Berrinba, Queensland for $172 million. As part of the agreement, Sigma has entered into a 15-year lease agreement with two five-year options to extend, with first year lease cost just under $8.0 million annualised.
